To help us help you quickly, please share: the device you use (iPhone, Android, or web), the app version (visible in the settings screen inside the app), what you tried, and what went wrong. A screenshot is welcome too.
Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in or I forgot my password.
Open the app, tap Sign in, then tap Forgot password. You get an email with a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google, not by Gardiflora. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play Store and tap Subscriptions. If you subscribed through our website, write to us and we'll cancel it for you.
Plant identification got the species wrong.
Plant identification in Gardiflora runs on PlantNet, a citizen-science network for plants. It works best with a sharp, well-lit photo of one feature: a leaf, a flower, or a fruit. Try again with a closer shot in daylight. If it's still wrong, the species may not be in the PlantNet database yet; you can search by name instead.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. For iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, open the Google Play Store and check your purchase history. If you subscribed through our website, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Where is my data stored and is it private?
Your garden data is stored on European servers (Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt). We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. For specific privacy questions, email us at support@gardiflora.app.
